Accommodation rules of Spa & Wellness Hotel OLYMPIA

Dear guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules for the provision of accommodation services. Thank you!
1. Please present a valid passport or other proof of identity upon arrival at the hotel. You will be issued with a hotel pass based on this document. 
2. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be checked in from 15:00 to 24:00 (check-in). During this time your room is reserved for you, unless otherwise specified in your order.
Upon departure, please observe the check-out time limit of 11:00 (check-out). Late check-out is possible at an additional cost and upon agreement at the reception (but always on condition that the room is available). If you need to extend your check-out time, please contact the hotel reception - 111.
3. In special cases, the hotel reserves the right to offer you a different accommodation than the one originally agreed upon, but which must not differ substantially from the confirmed booking.
4. You can pay for the pre-booked hotel services in one of the ways listed below. Information about the prices of hotel services is available at the reception and on the hotel website. 
a) Deposit on arrival (cash or credit card)
b) by bank transfer, payment must be credited to the hotel account at least 48 hours before arrival
c) voucher from the travel agency from which you purchased the stay

5. Extra hotel services used, i.e. services not pre-ordered and paid for according to point 4, are paid by the client at the end of the stay in cash or by credit card. If the value of extra hotel services used during the stay exceeds the amount of more than 30.000, - CZK (the value of alternative currency is determined according to the valid exchange rate), the hotel has the right to demand payment during the client's stay.
6. If you cancel your reservation more than 2 days before arrival, we will not charge you any fee. In case of cancellation less than 2 days before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked stay.
7. In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the remaining price. No financial compensation will be given for unused services booked during the stay (accommodation, meals, medical treatments).
8. In case of loss of the electronic room key, please inform the hotel reception immediately. By reporting the loss in time, you will prevent any unwanted persons from entering your room and protect your property.
9. Security safes are available at the reception and in the rooms. To store valuables and larger amounts of cash, please use the hotel's luggage service at the reception. The hotel is only responsible for jewellery, money and other valuables provided they have been taken into custody by the hotel. We would like to inform you that the hotel is not responsible for items stored in the room safe or in its own personal safe.

10. If you are planning to receive a non-client in your room, please report this visit to the hotel reception. Non-clients are only allowed in the hotel room between 8:00 and 22:00, and only with the consent of the hotel receptionist. Visitors must be entered in the guest book in advance and report this information to the reception upon departure.
11. Please observe the night-time quiet hours between 22.00 and 07.00. Please be respectful of other clients.
12. In the event of your illness or injury, the hotel will arrange for medical assistance or transport to hospital. The costs associated with this will be credited to your hotel account.
13. If your room is marked ‘Do Not Disturb’ between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm, it will not be cleaned until the following day. Please help us to protect the environment, if you wish to change your towel and bath towels during your stay, please place them on the bathroom floor.
14. Pets are only allowed in the hotel by prior arrangement with the reservation department. The pet fee will be charged according to the current price list. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's restaurants and Spa & Wellness.

15. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor smoking areas. In case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fine of CZK 5,000.
16. Consumption from the minibar will be credited to your hotel account. Consumption will be recorded in the hotel's records.
17. Please use only certified personal electronic devices in the room (laptops, mobile phones, personal hygiene devices, etc.). The use of other electrical appliances such as irons, kettles and coils for heating water is prohibited for fire safety reasons.
18. For safety reasons, please do not leave children under the age of ten in the room or other public areas of the hotel without adult supervision. Any damage caused by children is the full responsibility of their legal guardian.
19. Please check the evacuation plan on your room door carefully. If you are unsure, please contact the hotel reception.
20. If you cause damage to the hotel property, please contact the hotel reception - 111. Compensation for damages will be handled in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic. The hotel guest is liable for the damage caused unless he/she proves that it was not his/her fault. This entitlement also applies to damage that is discovered after the guest has left.

21. If you wish to use the hotel's car park, this service must be booked in advance. The parking fee will be credited to your hotel account according to the valid price list. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to the car. We can only provide parking during your stay at the hotel, subject to availability of free parking spaces. Please park only in your assigned space. Please be considerate of other clients.
22. In the event of a breach of these rules, the hotel management has the right to withdraw from the accommodation service contract before the expiry of the agreed period. In this case, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the contractually agreed price for the ordered services.
We would like to thank all our guests in advance for respecting these rules, which are primarily for their smooth stay and comfort.
