The Finnish sauna has a great preventive effect on our health. Regular saunas strengthen the immunity of the human organism and decrease the occurrence of various illnesses. Furthermore, a sauna is used as a means to gradually harden the body and also to increase fitness. Every healthy person can visit a sauna after a consultation with a doctor. It is necessary to keep certain rules whilst taking sauna:

  • the organism should be 'at ease' before sauna
  • total time taking sauna should be between 40 - 60 minutes
  • you should not be hungry nor neither with full stomach
